How to do it
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs raised. Pedal your legs as if cycling, driving one knee toward your chest while the other extends out. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor and your core engaged throughout.

- 2Lower back staying flat against the floor
- 3A steady, controlled pedaling rhythm
Common mistakes
- Letting your lower back arch off the floor
- Yanking your neck with your hands
- Rushing the cycle and losing core tension
Muscles worked
