How to do it
Hold a forearm plank, then walk your elbows and feet sideways across the floor, taking a few steps one direction and back. Keep your hips level and core braced so your torso doesn't twist or sag as you travel.
- 1Feel your core and shoulders stabilizing as you step sideways
- 2Keep your hips low and level, resisting any twist
- 3Move your elbows and feet in small controlled steps
Common mistakes
- Don't let your hips pike up or sag during the walk
- Avoid rotating your torso as you step
- Don't take steps so big you lose your plank line
