How to do it

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Curl your shoulders up and reach your hands forward to touch the tops of your knees, then lower back down under control.

  3. 3A slow, controlled lower back to the floor

Common mistakes

  • Pulling on your neck or leading with your head
  • Bouncing or using momentum to reach
