How to do it
Stand behind an incline bench and drape your working arm over the top of the pad, holding a kettlebell with your palm facing up. With your upper arm braced against the bench, curl the kettlebell toward your shoulder, then lower slowly under control.
- 1A deep stretch in the biceps at the bottom with the arm braced on the pad
- 2A strong squeeze in the biceps at the top of the curl
- 3Constant tension as you lower the kettlebell slowly
Common mistakes
- Letting your upper arm lift off the pad
- Swinging the kettlebell or using your body for momentum
- Cutting the range short at the bottom
