How to do it
Lie chest-down on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand with palms facing forward, arms hanging straight down. Curl the kettlebells toward your shoulders while keeping your elbows fixed, then lower slowly under control.
- 1A deep stretch in the biceps at the bottom with the arms hanging straight
- 2A strong squeeze in the biceps at the top of each curl
- 3Constant tension as you lower the kettlebells slowly
Common mistakes
- Letting your elbows drift forward or swing off the bench
- Using shoulders or momentum to lift the kettlebells
- Rushing the lowering phase or cutting the range short
