How to do it
Set up in a high plank with a kettlebell on the floor just outside one hand. Brace your core and reach across with the opposite hand to drag the kettlebell under your chest to the other side, then alternate. Keep your hips as still as possible.
- 1Core and obliques resisting rotation as you drag the bell across
- 2Hips staying level and square through every pass
- 3The supporting shoulder bracing hard over the wrist
Common mistakes
- Letting your hips twist or rock as you reach
- Piking your hips up to make the reach easier
- Rushing the drag instead of moving the bell under control
