How to do it
Lie on your back on the floor holding a kettlebell in each hand at chest level, elbows resting on the ground. Press the kettlebells straight up until your arms are extended, then lower until your elbows touch down.

- 3Squeeze your chest at the top of each press
Common mistakes
- Do not lock your elbows hard at the top
- Do not let the kettlebells drift or wobble out of line
- Do not bounce your elbows off the floor; pause and press
