How to do it
Kneel on both knees holding a kettlebell racked at your shoulder in the clean (front-rack) position. Step one foot forward, drive through that heel, and stand up tall, then step or kneel back down under control. Alternate the lead leg each rep.
- 1Lead-leg quad and glute driving you to standing
- 2Core and front-rack arm braced to keep the bell stable
- 3Tall posture from kneel to stand
Common mistakes
- Letting the front knee cave inward
- Letting the racked bell pull your torso forward
- Falling into the rep instead of driving through the heel
