How to do it
Hold a kettlebell in the same hand as your working leg, racked at your shoulder or hanging at your side. Step backward with that same-side leg and lower your back knee toward the floor, then drive through your front heel to stand. Keep your torso upright against the same-side load. Complete all reps, then switch sides.

- 2engage
- 3Keep your torso tall and your core tight against the load
- 4Push through your front heel and feel your glute drive you up
