How to do it
Lie on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand at chest level with your palms facing in toward each other. Press the kettlebells up while keeping the neutral grip, then lower them to your upper chest under control. The palm-in grip keeps the elbows tucked and loads the upper chest.
- 1Feel your upper chest and triceps press the kettlebells up
- 2Keep your palms facing in throughout the press
- 3Lower to your upper chest and press straight up
Common mistakes
- Avoid flaring your elbows out; keep them tucked with the grip
- Don't arch your back off the bench
- Avoid letting the kettlebells drift apart at the top
