How to do it
Sit back on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand with arms hanging and palms turned up and slightly out. Curl the kettlebells toward your shoulders while keeping your elbows fixed back, emphasizing the inner short head of the biceps. Lower slowly under control.
