How to do it
Lie on an incline bench with feet flat on the floor, holding a kettlebell in each hand at chest level. Press the kettlebells up until your arms are extended, then lower them to your upper chest under control. The kettlebells' offset weight adds a stability challenge through the press.
- 1Feel your upper chest and triceps press the kettlebells up
- 2Keep your shoulder blades pulled together and down
- 3Lower the kettlebells to your upper chest and press straight up
Common mistakes
- Avoid flaring your elbows too wide; keep them at a comfortable angle
- Don't arch your back excessively; stay on the bench
- Avoid letting the kettlebells drift apart at the top
