How to do it
Hold a kettlebell at your chest with both hands and stand beside a box or bench. Place the foot nearest the box on top of it and drive through that heel to step up sideways until your standing leg is straight. Step down under control to the same side and finish your reps before switching legs.

Common mistakes
- Don't push off hard with your bottom leg to hop up
