How to do it
Set up in a push-up position gripping the handles of two kettlebells placed shoulder-width apart. Lower your chest below the level of the handles for a deeper stretch, then press back up to full lockout while keeping your body in a straight line.
- 1A deeper stretch across your chest at the bottom
- 2Your chest and triceps driving you back up
- 3Your core and glutes tight to hold a straight body line
Common mistakes
- Letting your hips sag or pike up
- Flaring your elbows wide instead of about 45 degrees
- Letting the kettlebells tip or roll under your hands
Muscles worked
