How to do it
Clean a kettlebell to the rack position at your shoulder and hold it there. Step one leg back into a reverse lunge, lowering your back knee toward the floor while keeping your torso upright. Push through your front heel to return to standing, then repeat or alternate legs.
- 1Your front glute and quad working as you lower and drive back up
- 2An upright torso braced against the racked kettlebell
- 3Your front heel pushing the floor away to stand
Common mistakes
