How to do it
Stand tall holding a kettlebell in each hand (or one) with your palms facing forward and elbows tucked at your sides. Curl the kettlebells toward your shoulders by bending your elbows, then lower them under control to full extension.
- 1Feel your biceps contract as you curl the kettlebells up
- 2Keep your elbows pinned to your sides throughout
- 3Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly
Common mistakes
- Avoid swinging your torso or using momentum
- Don't let your elbows drift forward
- Avoid dropping the kettlebells; control the negative
