How to do it

Start standing with feet together and arms at sides. Jump feet out to sides while raising arms overhead. Jump back to starting position. Repeat at a quick pace.

  3. 3Reach your arms overhead and feel your shoulders lightly working

Common mistakes

  • Don't slam your feet into the ground
  • Avoid locking your knees on landings
  • Don't shrug your shoulders excessively as your arms move
