How to do it
Stand facing a fit box with feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and hips to load, then explode upward to land with both feet softly on top of the box, extending through your ankles, knees and hips. Stand tall, then step back down and reset for the next rep.
- 1Squat and explode upward onto the box; feel your glutes and quads
- 2powering the jump
- 3Swing your arms for momentum and drive your knees up
- 4Land softly on top, bending your knees to absorb the impact
Common mistakes
- Don't catch your toes on the edge; jump high enough to land flat
- Avoid landing with straight legs or stiff knees; cushion with hips and knees
- Don't jump back down; step down to save your joints
