How to do it

Golf focuses on rotational power, balance, and coordination. While low in cardio, it requires strong core control and shoulder mobility.

  1. 1Focus on a smooth rotation using your hips and torso
  2. 2Feel your weight shift through your feet during the swing
  3. 3Keep your core engaged and follow through with a controlled motion

Common mistakes

  • Don't swing only with your arms
  • Avoid overextending your lower back
  • Don't twist your knees or ankles during the rotation
