Elbow Flexor Stretch

How to do it
Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height with the palm facing up. Use your other hand to gently press the fingers and palm down and back until you feel a stretch through the front of your forearm and biceps. Keep the elbow straight, hold, then switch arms.

- 3A mild pulling sensation, never sharp pain
Common mistakes
- Bending the elbow and losing the stretch
- Cranking the wrist hard enough to hurt
- Shrugging the shoulder toward your ear
