How to do it

Kneel on both knees with your feet behind you and toes pointed. Lean your torso back, keeping your hips pushed forward, until you feel a stretch through the front of both thighs, then hold and breathe.

  • Collapsing your lower back into a sharp arch
  • Leaning back faster than your hips can follow
