How to do it
Set up in a plank with both hands on a padded stool and body in a straight line. Drive one knee toward your chest, then switch legs in a running motion, keeping the hips low and the core braced throughout.
- 1Feel the core stay braced as the legs drive
- 2Pull each knee in toward the chest
- 3Keep the hips level and low
Common mistakes
- Do not let the hips pike up high
- Avoid bouncing or rushing the legs
- Do not let the lower back sag
