How to do it

Attach an SZ or EZ bar to a low cable pulley and grip the inner angled handles with a close, underhand grip. Stand tall with your elbows at your sides and curl the bar up against the cable tension, then lower it under control to full extension.

  1. 1Feel your biceps and forearms work against the constant cable tension
  2. 2Keep your elbows pinned at your sides and squeeze at the top
  3. 3Lower slowly and keep tension on the bar at the bottom

Common mistakes

  • Don't swing your torso or use momentum to lift the bar
