How to do it
Attach an SZ or EZ bar to a low cable pulley and grip the inner angled handles with a close, underhand grip. Stand tall with your elbows at your sides and curl the bar up against the cable tension, then lower it under control to full extension.

- 2Keep your elbows pinned at your sides and squeeze at the top
- 3Lower slowly and keep tension on the bar at the bottom
Common mistakes
- Don't swing your torso or use momentum to lift the bar
- Don't let your elbows drift forward or flare out
- Don't let the cable pull your wrists into a bent position
