How to do it

Set two cables to chest height and stand in a split stance facing away from the columns, a handle in each hand at chest level. Press the handles forward until your arms extend and your chest squeezes, then return under control.

  • Locking your elbows hard at the top
  • Letting your shoulders roll forward
