How to do it
Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and stand sideways to the machine, holding the handle in the hand farthest from the stack with a slight bend in the elbow. Sweep your arm up and across your body toward the opposite shoulder, then lower under control.

- Bending the elbow to turn it into a press
- Shrugging the shoulder up toward the ear
