Cable Low Chest Press

How to do it
Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and grip a handle in each hand with your palms facing up. Stand in a split stance leaning slightly forward, then press the handles up and in toward each other at upper-chest height, squeezing the chest, and return under control.
