How to do it
Set an incline bench in front of a low cable pulley and sit back with your working arm hanging down and slightly behind you. Grip the handle with your palm up and curl toward your shoulder, keeping your elbow back. Feel the stretch at the bottom, squeeze at the top, and lower slowly.
