How to do it
Set two low pulleys and lie back on a stability ball with your torso on a slight incline, a handle in each hand. With a soft bend in your elbows, open your arms wide to chest level, then bring the handles up and together over your upper chest while balancing on the ball.
- 1Feel your upper chest squeeze as the handles come together
- 2Keep your hips up and core braced to stay stable on the ball
- 3Hold a steady soft elbow bend through the arc
Common mistakes
- Don't bend your elbows to press instead of fly
- Avoid letting your hips drop or the ball roll under you
- Don't overstretch at the bottom and strain your shoulders
