How to do it
Set a cable pulley low and clip on a V-bar handle. Hold the handle at your chest with elbows high and step back to load the cable, then squat down keeping your torso upright before driving through your heels to stand. The cable pulls forward, so brace hard to keep your chest tall.

Common mistakes
- Do not let your elbows drop or your chest fall forward
