How to do it
Stand balanced on a slackline with your feet positioned for stability and your arms out for counterbalance. Push your hips back and bend your knees to squat down as far as your balance allows, then drive through your feet to stand back up. Move slowly and deliberately, using constant micro-adjustments to stay centered on the line.

Common mistakes
- Don't let your knees cave inward or rush the descent
