How to do it
Lie on your side with legs straight and stacked. In one motion, lift your legs and your torso toward each other, crunching through the side of your waist, then lower back down under control. Complete your reps, then switch sides.

Common mistakes
- Swinging your legs up with momentum instead of crunching
- Letting your top hip roll forward or backward
- Holding your breath; exhale as you fold
