How to do it

Baseball includes batting, sprinting, and fielding with rapid reaction times and rotational power. It targets the shoulders, core, and legs with moderate intensity.

  1. 1When batting and throwing, you should feel rotational power coming from your core and shoulders
  2. 2Expect short bursts of running and quick changes of direction that challenge your legs and agility
  3. 3Hand-eye coordination and timing are constantly engaged throughout the game

Common mistakes

  • Don't play without warming up or learning proper technique for swinging and throwing
  • Avoid ignoring signs of overuse or impact injuries
  • Don't collide with other players or obstacles, stay aware of your surroundings
