How to do it
Anchor a resistance band low behind you and hold a handle in each hand at chest height with palms facing down. Press the handles forward and slightly upward, squeezing your lower chest at the end of the press, then return under control.

Common mistakes
- Avoid locking your elbows; keep a slight bend
- Don't let your shoulders roll forward; maintain good posture
- Avoid using excessive momentum; press and return under control
