How to do it
Anchor a resistance band behind you at about lower-back height and hold an end in each hand at chest level. Set your shoulder blades back and down, then press your hands up and slightly forward against the band's tension. Lower with control until you feel a stretch across your upper chest.

Common mistakes
- Letting your shoulders roll forward
- Flaring your elbows straight out to the sides
- Letting the band snap you back at the bottom
