How to do it

Sit on an incline bench with a resistance band anchored under the legs or feet, gripping a handle in each hand with palms facing up and arms hanging down. Curl the handles toward your shoulders while keeping your elbows fixed, then lower slowly under control.

  1. 1A deep stretch in the biceps at the bottom with the arms hanging back
  2. 2A strong contraction in the biceps at the top of each curl
  3. 3Constant band tension as you lower slowly

Common mistakes
