How to do it
Stand on the middle of a resistance band and hold the ends with your palms up and hands set close together. Keeping your elbows pinned to your sides, curl your hands up toward your shoulders against the band, then lower under control.
- 1A strong squeeze in your biceps at the top of the curl
- 2Your elbows staying locked at your sides through the whole rep
- 3Constant band tension on the way up and the way down
Common mistakes
- Swinging your body or letting your elbows drift forward
- Letting the band snap your arms down at the bottom
