How to do it

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hands behind your head. Crunch sideways toward one hip with small pulses, then twist and reach the same-side arm out across your body. Alternate sides while keeping your hips facing forward.

Common mistakes

  • Do not let your hips swing side to side
  • Avoid pulling your head forward with your hands
