What do I get for giving XP?

Every time you tap to give a clanmate XP, you are paid 15 XP and 1 gem. You are paid for every tap, not once per request.

You tap in the clan chat, on the request your clanmate made. You can tap 8 times on the same request. Tap all 8 times and you are paid 120 XP and 8 gems.

The XP your clanmate receives is new. It does not come out of your own balance, so giving never costs you XP.
